Husbands respect your wives, and wives respect your husbands equally.
For narrow is the path to true emotion.
We are here because of one thing
Love
Wash over me
for I conquer the bad with the good in me
Sometimes you must lose yourself to find out who you truly are
Now look
In the mirror
And tell me who you think I am
I'm just your inner conscious
Biting at the back of your neck.
Try and drown me out, but I am truth
I hope you make the right decisions, that's why I'm here to facilitate
To catch you when you fall.
Agape
Stand tall and proud
That mirror shines back and shows all your scars
What have you done, what have you done
These scars have healed for it's hit the sun
What have we done, what have we done
You keep thinking this is right
Putting yourself in situations that just make you cry
And I wonder why
You keep crawling from that swamp you call home
I hope, I hope
You realize that you are torturing yourself
I was put on this earth
To keep you from scarring
I am
My iron heart

Quite possibly the most full-on album I've ever listened to. Intense, and then some. 'Digital Tarpit' could describe both the track and the whole album: high-pitched guitar squeals that make your fillings itch coupled with merciless, suffocating heaviness. The Avenell-esque vocals top it off perfectly.
Brilliant - punishing, but brilliant. jim_fuego
